1) Should an item be damaged in transit, please note that I may request the return of the item prior to refund but photos of the item showing the damage clearly as well as photos of the packaging material is a must so make sure you hang on to all packaging until the refund is resolved. This information is required by the postal service for review of claim.

If you receive an item and request a return due to size/color this request must be made within 3 days of receipt.

Once authorization for return is accepted, product must be returned within 7 days . Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging. If an item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value .

My items that are labeled shabby elegance, shabby, cottage chic are:
1) Painted a solid color over the raw cast iron
2) Hand distressed to reveal the natural cast iron color underneath (my cast iron pieces start out dark brown, patina green or a silvery metal which should be available to see in the individual listing pictures)
3) Hand distressing causes the distressed areas to be inconsistent which adds to the shabby look of each piece.

I love this welcome plaque. I ordered it for the nautical themed wreath for my daughters front door. It was a surprise gift for her visit this week. The arrival was perfectly timed. The entire experience couldn’t have been better!
